Which bike tour operator would you use in Tuscany?
Many of you offered up advice last week on where to take an epic bike tour. We have narrowed it down to Tuscany and are looking for a supported tour where we go from Inn to Inn, 25-60 miles per day. Any advice for a specific tour operator would be highly appreciated.

http://www.cinghiale.com/main.shtml is Andy Hampsten's company. Not sure whether they're covering what you have in mind this year, but it would be hard to beat in terms of what a tour operator can do for you.

I travelled with an outfit called www.ciclismoclassico.com

I also did Tuscany a few years back, awesome awesome tour. and being a flatlander, phew boy are there some hills for ya :)

their website has a great trip finder feature based on region, skill, family, etc.

They had some cool extras, like staying in a 14th c. villa and getting your own personal opera singer at dinner one night. Lunch stop at a restaurant and had a private meal complete with a cooking demo. very cool.
