yes its a coached group about 25-30 of us show up. Get in touch with Larry Zimich (PM me for contact) you can drop in, there are a few people training for various IM races, the rest are roadies going from Cat1/2 down to novice racers. Good hard ride. There is also at least one midweek ride if you have lights adn want to ride in the dark - depending on the week its either sprints or hills (Grouse approach road) Note in march the spring races start so group might not be as big or as fast

On the shore try another option is to contact North Shore Tri club (check tribc.org for contact details)

Actually, North Shore Tri Club is having our new members / kick-off meeting this Sunday.

3PM at the Lynn Valley Rec Centre.

Starting at the beginning of April we have Wednesday night rides and longer rides on Saturdays.
