I was looking for a specific Sugoi top, and hadn't had any luck finding it. Knowing that the head office is in Vancouver, I figured I'd call them to see if they had a retail store. I called and was passed on the the Consumer Relations dude, named Guy (as in Smilley). He wasn't answering the phone, so I left him a short message and figured I probably wouldn't hear back, or if I did, that he'd just tell me "no - we don't sell direct".

Dude called me back in less than 10min, having checked their inventory for the item I was looking for. Upon realizing that they only had XL in stock, he then searched his sales database and gave me the names and phone numbers of every store in Vancouver that had ordered the piece I was looking for. He also told me to call him back if I didn't have any luck, and he'd expand his search (perhaps to all of BC). Finally, not forgetting that I had been looking for an on-site retail outlet, he told me that they occasionally have "direct to customer sales" and offerred to put me on the email notification list.

Thanks Guy. I've always been a Sugoi fan due to the quality of the product, but now I am also a huge fan due to the excellent service I received yesterday as well.

Buy Sugoi. They have kickass product, and service that rivals that of the legendary Emillio Desoto.
