Too bad there's no possible way to collect usable data, and no possible method to analyze flawed data.

Not all riders are using rounded rotors yet, but the real fault IMHO lies with the UCI for not requiring them. In cyclocross the officials check tire width at UCI races, they can easily check for rounded rotors at the same time. There's no downside to them, riders and teams are just slow to start using them for whatever reason. Making it a rule would speed that implementation.
