4×4×3 @120%? No thank you. I've got dade-1 coming up in a couple of weeks (3×3×2 @120%), which seems impossible enough as it is.

Haha that's crazy.

My favorite is Mount Alyeska. There's even a +1 version now with 8 four minute interals: game on!

I also had a period a few years ago when I did White Cap every saturday for 3 months. Improved about 2-3w per session, pretty motivating but so horribly tough.

Bago with me is at 115% ftp, nevertheless a bitchy workout.

Anyone out there a fan of Phoenix +2? I've done a lot of TR workouts but its the only one I sometimes can't finish due to mental breakdown haha.
