because i'm trying to make one and i just can't friggin get it work the way i want. happy to PAY somebody to take what I have and make it hum. basically, something i can open (thru Preview, if i'm a mac user) and fill in text boxes, electronically sign, etc. i have the basics of it, i just get get it to behave goddamit! PM me.

oddly (perhaps) while i have a microsoft account, and i have an office subscription, and i can sign into my microsoft account, i can't sign into forms.office.com.

Sheesh Microsoft is terrible at advertising what license you need. Luckily, it looks like Google has it's own version of forms: https://docs.google.com/forms/u/0/

Have you tried using the wizard? I use this to add fill in boxes, etc. How is it misbehaving?

I can do it. I have the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and it configured almost all fields automatically for forms
