Call it a 3 month improvement. If you originally completed a 300 or 500 time trial @ 1:45 pace, and a specific 3 month course of instruction dropped that time trial pace down to 1:35, what would that be worth to you?

Give it to me in dollars per second.

Not sure anyone said this yet but your top level calc should look like:

Super Bike (Seconds/duration*100)/$15000 = (Seconds/Swim Duration*100)/ $x

Solve for the unknown $x

Basically a percent per dollar - time is money :).

I'd pay big biccies - have been sitting on 1:40-1:45 per 100m for about 3 years. Granted I swim maybe 4-6k a week so there's that.
But 3x a week I could do.
Curious in this when u say the program is different to everything else

I don't stand on the side of the pool (or look at your videos) and tell you how to fix your alleged errors, or prescribe specific drills to address specific flaws. This is 'corrective coaching' and is not the most effective approach to teaching complex motions, especially in an aquatic environment.

I work within a carefully orchestrated process of drills and activities designed to first impart rhythm, timing, and physical vocabulary, and later, to integrate those elements through increasingly complex combinations of drills, meta drills, timing, and speedplay activities.

I summed it up as well as I can in this post just yesterday.

Not really looking to work on a pay per second structure, I was more just curious. I will give you a refund if you faithfully complete my 12 weeks and are not happy with the results. It costs $150, there is an easy to find 25% off coupon, and over a VERY wide range of results, we seen an average of about :12 / 100 improvement over the 12 weeks.

so....can we use our pull bouy crutch with this lol

its a sad addiction. I can get out my distance and speed with it. Without it, half my speed, half my distance and blowing up. Hooray for wetsuit races.
