Another sad hit and run...

A driver in Bay Area intentionally hit four cyclist. The pictures of the wrecked bikes make me cringed. One of the guys had to be air lifted.

I hate that these incidences are becoming more common.

I rolled up on the scene about 10min later... not a good feeling at all. Jens was about 5 min behind me.. he must have felt really bad, because the pre-ride speech was about safety and returning to our families.

WTF is wrong with people. Glad they caught the suspect. It will be interesting to see his remarks and what penalty he ends up getting.

Do yourself a favor and don't dig into the comments of the article you linked to. Some people have some serious problems.

I have filed three police reports in the last month against drivers in Marin. 2017 seems to be a lot less safe than other years at least from my experiences. One of the driver's who hit me told the police officer "cyclists don't have any right to be on the road"

Hate to stereotype, but in the majority of cases when a driver swerves at me on purpose and/or drives in the bike lane, it is one of these type of vehicles and drivers.
This happens very regularly when I am riding up in the Bay Area.
Seriously, what kind of perverted and twisted minds live in those trucks?
