Try Goop. Here is the link to it on Amazon. I grew up doing a lot of farm work on tractors, various power tools, etc. We would swear by this stuff to clean our hands. Make sure you use it on dry hands for dirty hands, not with water. I use it in the laundry when I have bad grease stains and it works great. Good luck.

I had grease from my chain on my kit, my Mother in law (she can get out any stain) got it out. I asked how and she said said Murphy’s oil soap. Let it soak in a pan I think and then washed.

Hand washing with simple green usually gets the grease out pretty well

Simple dish soap is the easiest and cheapest and won't wreck the fabric.
If the grease is ground in, a clean toothbrush or plastic scrubber helps to scrub it out while running lukewarm water over the area.

Laundry stain remover spray is the next step for tough stains.
I use it for getting grease off my carpet, works wonders.

Dawn and a toothbrush is what I use. Even on stuff I can't put in the washing machine later, like my car's back seat.

Bike grease can be impossible to remove if it's left on too long, or if the shirt is white/light.

I went to a waxed chain earlier this year, which completely eliminated any more fears of greased clothes and chain tattoos - and rides awesome.

And this is why I do all my bike maintenance naked.

Sure, I might get some strange looks when I'm out on the road changing a flat, but I can live with that.
