I get on the bike religiously every Sunday (sometimes Wednesday as well) and am wondering if there are any pros/cons with lowering tire pressure on tires between rides.

I use highly sophisticated system reduce the pressure in my tires. I generally lose 10-20 PSI per day, but it tapers off when it gets to about 30psi. Latex tubes.

The tires will slowly lose pressure on their own, so I don't bother.
