Looking at purchasing used Flo 90s new version full carbon. My bike has SRAM 10 speed components. The website says 9/10/11 SRAM/Shiamano. Just wanting to make sure this will work will my components and 10 speed cassettes. Any thoughts on Flo 90s full carbon vs my current 2012 HED 90 front and disc 23mm?

The Flo 90 will come with a cassette spacer. Use that spacer with your 10s group and it will line up correctly. If you ever switch to 11s, simply remove the spacer.
I doubt you'll get much from the upgrade. The money is likely more wisely spent elsewhere.
Your rear disc wheel is probably faster.
You won't gain any speed, and your braking will get significantly worse. What you propose would be a downgrade IMO.
