Anybody use "Ice Bug" shoes ?
I have a pair of Ice Bug running shoes that I have been using the last week during winter trail running. The weather has been so bad that I've hit the local ungroomed snowmobile trails for fear of dying running on the road. These shoes are built as a trail running shoe and actually have studs in them. I think they may be gore tex uppers "Bugdri) as they do an excellent job in the wet and muck. If you run nasty trails, I would try them as they are a step above normal trail running shoes IMO.

Yup - I use mine all the time. I've had them for about 2 years now and they are perfect for these icy days.

I’ve done some fair weather, nasty trail running with them also and they perform extremely well. But I wouldn’t recommend running too far with them, they are a bit heavy - 10 km of nasty trails is far enough for me.

Indestructible, great shoe – love ‘em.
