I know it's no where near 1600M but sure felt like it after a)coming out of a deep freezer swim and b) first ride on the tri-bike for the year. Non-stop rain so not much riding on the bike.
For next year I'm thinking just change the gearing (compact crank) and I don't think a road bike is warranted, or is it?
