I don't know if there's a "most." Pioneer, SRM, and PowerTap all have their own computers that go with their powermeters, so athletes who are sponsored by those companies - or who at least have some sort of favorable deal - typically use the associated head unit.
Polar is also pretty resurgent, and certainly they've made a big investment in top pros - Sebastian, FVL, and quite a few others.
Lezyne seems to be growing in popularity as well, largely because it's so small.
I use a Garmin, at least in part because I've been using one for so long that I just like having all of my stuff saved in Garmin Connect, but I also think they just work. And certainly there are way more pros using Garmins than are sponsored by them.
I think as more powermeters embrace BLE in addition to ANT+ you'll probably see even more diversity on the computer front.
Certainly I'd expect to see way more Wahoo computers going forward. Wahoo's "Affiliate Program" is at least as good a reason as any to use it.
Anyway, bottom line, from my perspective, is that there are a ton of good computers out there. And certainly there's no consensus from where I'm sitting. That's a far cry from when Garmin first rolled out the Edge 500 back in 2009(?), and I'd say at least 50% (or more) of all GPS computers were that single Garmin. I still have one of those and bring it to all my races as a backup.
