Zipp 808 tire pressure psi
I use Contiental GP 4000s tires and Coni Race tubes for racing. I've always pumped my tires up to a pressure of 120 psi for my Zipp 808's. I was told recently that I should have the psi around 100. Reason being to limit vibration to be more comfortable and run better of the bike. The tire conforms better to the ground at 100. At 120 the tire will roll over everything.

Any truth to this?

Yes. Optimum pressure will depend mostly on rider weight and inflated tire size, however. Edit: and road surface.

have you even tried 95psi front, 100psi (or even 95psI) rear?

I'm running 25mm GP 4k II on my PD TwentyFour/38, Zipp 404, Zipp 808s, and my Super 9.
i go up to 95psi on them.

my weight is 158-163, so we're close...

ETA: i dont use race tubes w/ the PD wheels.

No I haven't tried 95-100. Always the 120 max recommendation.

As previously stated, at your body weight you'll find additional performance gains when you have those tires on those wheels inflated to around 100psi. You can always do a few roll down tests to confirm, but the lower pressure than what you are currently running will indeed provide for a smoother, more absorbing ride which should be faster. If your race is on perfectly smooth surfaces, you'll notice less of a difference but I'll assume you race on typical road conditions which usually deem lower pressures.

Well I weigh 185 lbs and always pumped up my 700*23 conti tt to 120 psi until I tried 100 psi for the same reasons as you tried.
After a couple of snakebites which I normally never had I went back to 120 psi.

I run Zipps, latex tubes and 25mm conti's at 100 rear 90 front.
Never had a snakebite and I'm over 90kg at the moment.

Yeah you're probably doing the right thing by running 25mm.
