Interesting article from Norway.
Contador has a body fat percent of 3.7.

In the article it is mention that a sprinter and one day specialist like Thor Hushovd had a body fat percent of 5-6%.
Alexander Kristoff will most likely be around that also.

I'm not much of PED discussion guy, but I'm highly suspicious of these ultra low BF GT riders - especially with the Sky info coming out. It seems damn near impossible to be as low as these guys are AND training as hard/long as they do.

The other issue is how accurate this 3.7% even is.

I believe that is possible. When I first got my V02 max tested when I was either 14 or 15 (7 or 8 years ago not exactly sure) they also tested my BF and I was in the mid 3's (don't recall the second digit). While I'm not sure on how accurate the recording was, I was very underweight and have no reason to believe it wasn't accurate.

I really want to test my BF now as I have a little muscle, but weigh between 130-140 (depending on the day) and am 6'1ft. I train a bit over 20 hours a week, and it's not a problem at this weight, don't see how it would be a problem for them training like they do.
If I focused on cycling (stop running and swimming and start cycling 20-30 hours a week instead of 10ish) like Froome and Contador, I'm fairy confident I could get sub 120 by losing all the muscle I've gained from swimming and by actually watching what I eat.

Going to start looking around and try and find a place measure my BF%.

Contador is listed on wikipedia as being 62kg = 136lbs.. pretty similar to me, but hes shorter. Heavier than I thought he would be honestly.
Chris is 71kg = 156lbs! Wow he is heavy, and hes 1.85cm, just about same height as me, but much heavier! 90% of his weight has to be in his legs :P
