Remove the crankset that is currently on your bike.

Put your finger on the inside race of the bottom bracket bearing and move it. If you feel any notchiness, the bearings should be replaced.

You just want to buy a crankset that has a 30mm axle that is long enough to work with BBRight.

Your cervelo had a Bbright shell that is 79 mm which is 11mm wider than bb30 shells. this removes the need for running a spacer on the non drive side. The Bearings are 30mm diameter so any crank with 30mm axle should work. I don't know if there are different length versions of axles I have never seen that when ordering cranks. Just length of the crank arms.

To answer your BB question and provide a link, maybe this will help you with the differences...

And here is a 165 crank..

Or for a small amount more you can add a PM

Yes, there are two lengths of 30mm axles.

The most common length will fit BB30 and Pressfit 30 bottom brackets.

The longer axle will fit BBRight. It will also fit BB30 and Pressfit 30 with a spacer.

Ok thanks for clarifying. I have never seen axle length as an order option but then I have only had bb30 shells.

Agreed, it is confusing. Start researching crank Q-factor and U-factor and it gets even more fun with respect to crank/bottom bracket choices. Not to mention, manufacturers adding to the confusion factor. I have a CAADX frame that was advertised as having a BB30 bottom bracket (came with a threaded BSA BB). I have two Niner HTs one carbon the other AL. Niner describes both as having PF30 shells. The carbon version came with a smooth bore PF30 shell (as expected). The aluminum model came with a PF30 shell with bearing shoulders milled into the shell (not expected).

It's all a mess...
