So the announcement came out a few minutes ago...Boston is not going to allow for any conversion. Kind of surprised but oh well....

I heard about this yesterday, what a mess. I ran it in 2016 solely for the BQ, so I would be bummed. I saw they announced they would "consider" a 15% discount if your extrapolated time shows you would have BQ'd at the full distance. Seems a rather lame response, but I'm not sure what the precedent is.
