TIme for a new bike fit?
I last got a BG fit in 2013. I have the same bike, same crank, pedals seat, seat post, bars, errrrything. (I'm not cheap, just like my setup and it has worked well for me) For the adjustable crap like seat, bars, seat post, that have been removed for various reasons, I had the positions marked. Should I spend the $300 on something else or do I need a new fit.

There is no need to get a new fit.

Agree. If you like your setup and it's been "good to you", why mess with it. If you pay a fitter, they will probably find something to recommend changing so you feel like you got something for your money. You can probably find a good way to spend that $300.

If you have a good fit already, it's likely you won't need a fit. If you have a fit that you like but that can improve, a new fit may work wonders. I'm glad you like your fit, but lots of riders have said they liked their fit but still had a tremendous amount of room for improvement.

Provide a video of you riding (from the side) and you'll get much more valuable feedback.

As cyclists and multisport athletes our physiology and goals change so as should our fit. That being said , I see my elite/pro clients annually sometimes more depending. And most others every 2 or 3 years this has been going on now 30 years. So as to whether or not you need another fit.
