Every time I swim my shoulders fatigue first.
I never seem to be engaging my lats.
This gets worse when I start training more in aero this time of year.
I'm not a bad swimmer, 58 for IM but I never seem to get much better.
Is it a rotation issue? Is it a strength issue?
I get to the pool 4x a week, but is there any exercise I can do at home to Improve this?
