Trek Speed Concept full-foil fork measurements?
The UCI has recently removed the 3:1 aspect ratio rule for frame and fork dimensions. The new bottleneck for fork dimensions is UCI article 1.3.020, which states that a fork blade may be at maximum 8cm deep and at minimum 1cm thick.

I was hoping that someone could measure the depth and thickness of the full-foil 6:1 aspect ratio "triathlon" fork for the Trek Speed Concept, to see if its dimensions are within the new UCI rules. If that is the case it is no longer necessary to use the 3:1 aspect ratio fork that was designed for the pre-2017 UCI rule set.

I maintain a list of such measures, which tells me 74mm max depth at the top and 13mm min width at the base.

The problem then becomes that they didn't remove 3:1 for bars at the same time.

Can be viewed here
Although the fork measurements are hidden by the aspect ratio numbers.
