R3 and Bayonne seatstays...

don't know how long they have been up, but has anyone seen the seatstays of these two bikes on cervelo.com? I guess the tubing must be pretty thick.
goals, personal:
- under same username post st rr of Kona m80-84ag mop, tail end of the dopers finish
- shoot age from tips on par 72
- beat SuperDave in one-on-one
all within single wk- Viva Chopin, Fryderyk; Faulk, Peter; Helmsley, Sherman; Palillo, Ron; Rogers, Fred McFeely; Sanford, John Elroy; Snuka, Jimmy- and the water bottle isn't half fuller on the other side

Nope. Just a really low stress area, due to the strength of the chainstay. There was a writeup on cyclingnews a little while back.

hmm... i guess gerard went with one bottle cage mount on the downtube of the p2c.

do you know how long the pics of these bikes have been up?
goals, personal:

I guess that't due to the stiffness of the bottom bracket to chainstay interface then? it looks great with them being so thin- very unique.

The looks might grow on me, not sure yet. I tend to prefer a bit more symmetry.

i think that having just the black paint makes the frame significantly lighter for one... ;)

The Bayonne is listed at 750g, that makes it lighter than even the new Litespeed Ghisallo...
