Are these the SRAM shifters?

Looks metalic (not Campy) but the cables are internally routed (not Shimano). What could they be?

It's Campy. Look closely and you'll see the thumb downshifter...

Campy. Manolo Saiz had them made a 'Saiz edition'. iirc. was on cyclingnews a while ago.

Could also be metal-plated fibers for the "Saiz Edition," a la the Prince Triple Threat rackets. Each fiber is actually plated with ~5microns of metal (titanium, copper, or nickel usually). Gives it a fancy look, increased strength, increased weight. It is a neat technology. Developed by a friend's father's company. Started life as the material for the Patriot missile housing.
