Anyone have any experience w/ the above DVDs? The former is the Tarpinian series, the latter is from TriMag's store, by some former college coaches.

i've got Swim Power, 55 minute running time by Steve T. It's pretty good, divided into three sections techniques, training & tips. Not hardly any underwater photgraphy, pretty much everything is deomonstrated top side and/or on land, so that's not real good. it's worth watching once or maybe twice; if it were an option i'd say rent it, don't buy.

what means this word 'change'? .....
