Maxx - I also wear the XLJ's and the Pneumo helmet - no problems here. I wear the shades over the helmet straps, not underneath...maybe that would help (if you're not already wearing them that way). My helmet's a couple years old - maybe they've changed the Roc-Loc system. Hope you can find a solution.

Ditto, I do the same thing. I have an '03 Pneumo and I wear the Half Jackets over the straps under cuts into my temples unless I have the straps really loose.
