Hi all,

I'm a Vancouverite living out east and I'm planning a trip home in the spring to see family and friends and to do some epic-camp style training for IM Brazil. I'm going to try and link up with North Shore Tri Club, but anyone got suggestions for good rides in the North Shore/Vancouver area? (I wasn't a triathlete when I used to live there).

pm me, there are quite a few options - flat, hilly, IM type prep rides. Also there are some clubs that will help you out - North Shore, Coquitlam, Pacific Spirit, to name a few. Can put you in touch with members from all of them. If living on the north shore option to join a coached group on a drop in basis.
