I've gone through two canisters of it. Tastes better than most of the others that I've tried. Mixes pretty easily, and seems to help with recovery. I can't say it works better than anything else that I've tried, but it does work for me. My only complaint is cost. I get the same results with Hammer's Recoverite, but just need to add something (juice) to it to improve the taste.
