Anyone Strength Training with Restistance Bands?
...did a couple forum searches which yielded nothing. Sorry if I overlooked a past post on the topic.

I'm not really into lifting weights. Gave up a long time ago when I realized that my body type would never allow me to become He-Man. I noticed some resistance bands at the pool, that the local swim teams use for dryland training. Anyone have a workout they like and follow for tri specific strength training? ...as in a little something for each discipline?

Thanks in advance!

I think they are a fantastic tool.
I have a set attached to the wall and I use them lying on a bench.
I use them to practice the catch and pull, specifically to strengthen the stabilisation of the shoulder and highlight any weak areas I find.

I too use them. I used to roll my eyes a bit when someone mentioned bands - until I tried them. They provide a great workout, work you muscles differently than do free weights are are great to travel with.
