The race is showing that both on the bike, (85 or so RPM) and then on the run (about an 85-90 strike turnover per minute)...you can stay in the hunt.

Cadence is the silver bullet in racing.

I noticed Faris is running at a cadence of about 78-80. Crazy long stride.
