thanks alot! when i mentioned it to my therapist he was REALLY excited that i want to do this. he believes that off road is alot better for me, as this is my comeback year. (dirt better than pavement, better for recovery)

i've just got to get out there and train on some trails, hopefully rope a local peep into running some trails with me...lol.

KC, the Gaspar races in Tampa are good races, flat, enjoyable courses, well organized - they have been putting them on for years (I ran my first one in 1985), and Tampa is a good time that weekend. The city will be calmer and easier to get around on Sunday morning after all things Gasparillia on Saturday. Let me know if y'all you sign up, maybe able to get you on the Bay in a BIG boat on Saturday.
