I did my first Ironman at IMLP this year and I am about to race an Olympic Distance Race this weekend. This is the first year I have trained for a complete season. Mainly to be prepared fro IMLP. I took 2 weeks off completely after IMLP and another 2 weeks of little to no running, bike or swimming. I got back on it and have had a good month of workouts with some good intensity.
My question is.... What can I expect from this race this year? Is my Ironman work still there and will it pay off for this race?
