Has anyone dealt with cycle dynamics and their Ti cogs? Their website says they can make any cog between 11 and 34 (with a few exceptions) that can be swapped right into a shimano or campy cassette! To me, this looks like an easy way to get that custom ratio cassette I have been looking for but can't find to fill the gaps I never can seem to shift past. Any thoughts?

I was on that path earlier in the year when I upgraded to DA 10 and needed both climbing and race gears.
When all was said and done, I was better off buying OTS cassettes...and saved some $$$.
The biggest challenge when building your own gearing (as you probably know) is that many of your jumps may not fall within Campy/Shimano's tolerance....

I see. But what do you all think about just adding, say a 15 between the 14 and 17 and removing a different one from the top end?
I'm not sure...as I don't have the tech manuals in front of me. Campy or Shimano?
But, this may be good reading into the concept.
