I'm thinking of signing up for this race, but the website doesn't show a course elevation map. I know there are hills in GG Park -- can any of you folks in the City by the Bay enlighten me to what this race is like? Thanks!

Its a net downhill - you start at about 250 ft and end up near sea level. You do have a couple of bumps, but I would guess it is only about 200-250 ft of climbing- none of it even close to steep. The headwind coming back on the Great Highway is more of an issue.
Not a slow or a fast course - just a good solid test.

And the potentially really crappy weather (wind and pouring rain), though this year was pretty nice.
