Glued my own tubular. Now how the F do I get the mess off?

I went to a pro to observe them install one, and then did the other myself. What a friggin mess. I used a lot more glue this time, so the tire could actually move a little (to adjust it) once I got it on. Of course, the adjustments didn't matter, and it still isn't on nice n' straight. But the big bummer is the glue I got all over the sidewalls. Looks like a 2nd-grader got his glue-covered mitts all over it. Acetone doesn't seem to do much.

Guess I'll ride it a bit and then use it as a spare. Maybe I'll have the pro mount a new one. After all, all I really need to know how to do it mount the spare if I flat since you never use glue "in the field".
