the best update i could had give was......hummm i had no clue actully.....i didint know what was going on but i wasnt feeling good thats for sure. swam the frist 2km with jan, simon and stephen...got drop!!!! jump on the bike and was feeling pretty flat had nothing to push the pedal and i was losing crazy amount of time on the leaders...by the 20km mark, chris lieto caugh up to me and i give it a try to go with him.....well...probably didint look like a try but i did and realise in less then 1 minute that he was in another league of cycling....i rode at my own pace and try to run but with very bad muscular cramp...i could only hold pedestrien pace and was far away from my expectation to finish at the front of the race.....

dam this ironman is hard to figure out!!!

but i will be back for more
