Anyone have any thoughts on what the best fit system is?
pros and cons of each etc
For Tri. I've tried slack and steep. I like Dan's system. I am reasonbly fast, for me, on the bike. And, I just run really well after. I have to ease off in the first half mile to keep myself from burning out. I used to waddle and struggle for the first half mile.
