..........:::::: FAQ ::::::..........

--Who may attend a F.I.S.T. Workshop?

Our workshops are open to bike shop owners, managers, fit specialists, and those who aspire to be one of the above. We also regularly host bike manufacturer product managers and bike designers, specifically those who design or spec complete bikes and aero handlebars. About 25% of our attendees are triathlon coaches. We also host one or two "civilians" each year.

-- When are our workshops held?

They are always Monday/Tuesday.

-- What is the cost:

$595

-- Where are the workshops held?

Our workshops take place in the mountains/high desert of Southern California, and attendees run or ride (as they choose) both workshop days. We have (reasonably nice) tri and road bikes on the property for those who’d like to ride but would not like to bring bikes with them.

-- Do you hold your workshops outside of Southern California?

Occasionally, but rarely, and always because a shop or manufacturer chooses to host its own private workshop. In such cases such a host *may* allow others to attend, solely at its discretion.

--What about accommodations?

There is a bed and breakfast next door to the workshop site, both properties comprising a 13 acre “training compound” with full bike shop service department; 3-legal-lane 25-yard pool with lane lines and dividers; running trails to 9000’ above sea level, cycling roads to 8000’ above sea level.
