I remember reading years ago about "Cooper's droop" in female runners who didn't wear bras, referring to the stretching of the supension ligaments that hold the breast up. Supposedly the ligaments would stretch and the boobs would droop in runners. That was quite a few years ago, not much past the time when women running marathons was frowned upon, so I'm now wondering how legit that was and if this guys research contradicts that? I'm guessing it might be a difference between big/small breasted women runners as to who may need more support.
