I love Erin Baker's Breakfast Cookies for breakfast with a soy chai (Oregon Chai mix) or if it's going to be a long workout, I'll have a Greek yogurt to get more protein. Although they're called cookies, it's more like a muffin in cookie form for ease of eating! They also sponsor a tri team, so thy're out and about supporting our sport! Not super high in calories, with low fat, and a balanced number of carbs and protein... I'll even take them on long trail runs, rather than sucking on Gu the whole way!
