Michelin pro 2 race are very low in rolling resistance and fairly puncture resistant. They lso make the ironman version which has slightly higher rolling resistance, but probably more puncture resistamce.

I have no idea how light, and fast the Conti GP 4000 are but I think I may have gotten only one flat since I got them (about 4000K ago if my memory serves me correctly..

I have Pro2s on my road bike. I have not had any @#%*!!!! They are quite comfy and grippy.
Very low RR, from what I have seen.

For training, I use basic Vittorios....I just ordered racing wheels@!!!!! I will post pictures of my bike when they come in and I am going to try the Zipp Tangente tires first.

At risk of upsetting the apple cart, Michelin Krylion Carbons are fantastic training tyres. I used their predecessor (Axial Carbons) for several years. They are very similar to the ProRace2's, but they have a much longer lasting tread.
