Advice required regarding Groin Injury.

Hi

I have been training for a marathon for the past 3 months.
The Marathon is on the 3rd of June, have just completed my last hilly run on Friday 13th ran for 2h30m, generally my training has gone really well.
But the following day I had a sore groin on the right side.

With my long runs now over & I'm starting to taper off, anyone got any advice on what I should do next to recovery from the injury.

Tomorrow I plan to get some physio on the area.
Plan not to run for the next four to five days.
I guess stretching will help the situation also, anyone got any specific types of stretching I should me doing.
Will cycling help?
