Thanks for all the responses to my question, i don't have the police report (it's in the mail). Once that arrives and if I haven't heard from the drivers insurer then I guess I will have to get a lawyer.

Good news, doc said I am ok. Elbow is sore and I won't be riding for a while, but it could have been much worse. The bike has a few dings (it's steel) but most of the components are in good shape. It's in much better shape then I had originally heard.

I think I spent a half of one of my nine lives :^)
