You could always ask Chris. Send an email to: info@chrislieto.com
Let him know you liked his presentation and if he knows who put the sound tracks together.
Problem solved.

If it's the video I saw too then the music is by eminem and the song is called lose yourself. It was really quite good!

eminem - lose yourself was originally used the "What it Takes" movie trailer too. I believe there were licensing issues and they ended up switching to something else.
I'm not an eminem fan but I like that song.

I haven't seen the video, but if it is that song it is the single most USED song for do-it-yourself motivation sports videos. Watch any IM video on Youtube and you'll hear that song on pretty much all of them! I do really like that song too, and pretty much hate rap.

Most badass song usage I've seen lately is on Tim DeBoom's new(?) site (http://www.timdeboom.com), which uses what I believe is a Willy Nelson cover of The Allman Brothers Band song "Midnight Rider."

Was Chris wearing a Pola RS800 on his wrist? Chris is now training with new Polar RS800SD and should be sporting the new CS600 as well. A really cool guy
