I could have sworn I've seen those in light blue, not just red. Maybe I'm going crazy?

For Liberty Suguros and Slipstream they were/are that color. I have only seen red ones for sale.

my guess is that will probably do any color you desire as a custom order. certain tri pros have used white and pink versions of these parts.
