so the place where i ride is a good 15 mile loop and im pretty new to biking and i was wondering on average how long does a 15 mile ride take i just want some numbers so i no what to shoot for i have no clue on what some half descent times would be any time would be great

This question does not have an answer. If its flat.....one time.......hilly.......one time and mountains another.
I was riding on the east coast of Florida where it was flat and could average 24mph. now I live in Sedona, AZ where is mountains and average a whole 14mph.

The "number" to shoot for is shorter/lower than the last "number" it took you to ride the course.
But, if you were to ride the course in 30 minutes..that might be pretty good. :-)..
