Before we go into yet another endless debate about powercranks, what you are really asking is: powermeter - SRM cranks and not Powercranks (TM)...

I suggest that you reword your subject to avoid having a whole bunch of answers that have nothing to do with what you asked ;-)

This is about your tenth dumb question of the week...start using the search function or just shut the hell up

The short version:

HR and speed won't tell you how you are improving. Using a powermetr is the only true way to know how one workout compares to the next.

let's see:

who has the lowest resting hr?
campag or shimano?
electric gears
best bike for 2000 EUR (without saying what it would be used for)
how much wood would a blah blah blah
how do I prepare for a marathon?
power crank (and you're not asking about power cranks)

These are just the threads you started that show on the first page of your search results. All of them easily covered by the search feature except that crap about the wood chuck (and wtf is that doing on a triathlon forum). You're either pretty stupid or a troll. I'm going with stupid. And if you are a lawyer you must be the worst one in the world if you can't manage to do any research before asking a stupid question.

You're not exactly getting many responses to this garbage so why don't you do everyone a favour and stop asking stupid questions?
