Build your own adjustable stand for a CT
After reading the article about using a bike fit kit with your CT, I started wondering how hard it would be to build a stand that can be varied for my wife and I to ride our CT. Its a pain to swap the bikes back and forth. Looking at the Kobila it looks fairly simple if you can weld a few tubes, etc. I have plenty of spare parts for the seat, crank, bars, wheels, etc. I even have an old frame that I could chop apart if needed.

Anyone ever build one of these things?

I gave a lot of thought to this, and then I decided that buying a second unit would be much easier (and not much more expensive) and not only keep me from having to swap bikes but also let both of us ride at the same time.

I just couldn't find anything adjustable at anything approaching a reasonable price. For everything I found a second unit was always cheaper.

I'm beginning to think that we are much more fucked than I thought.
