Renting a road bike - NYC or Philly

A couple friends from California are coming East for the Philly tri in June. Anyone know a bike shop that will rent a decent road bike for the weekend? Renting in Philly would be easiest, but we could also get them in NYC and bring them down.

Human Zoom rents bikes, but i think they're mostly hybrids.

actually, now that you ask, i'm curious too.
