The first two are made by Tektro, so you can get those way cheap: $45 or less on ebay for spanky new ones.
The profiles are lighter and very nice though.

I have Tektro carbon's on one bike and PD QS2's on my other. Both work great, really comes down to personal preference.

I have the Tektro's... Work great, and have a good feel to them. I really like the looks of the Bontrager's though...

I have a set of Tektro carbons coming in the mail. How difficult is it to replace these levers on to a Vision base bar. It looks real easy. Any advise?

Yup, I like the Tektro Carbon 5.0s. Nice return spring, nice carbon look and comfy lever.

If you have complicated cable routing with the "sticky" feel, the Botrangers work very well because it has the spring return. Not sure which others have it. A small weight penalty for a ton of great modulation.

they might not fit on the vision base bar... sorry, you might need an adapter made by vision. most shops carry it and it's cheap. the basebar diameter and brake lever diameter only match if it's vision on vision, vision base bar and any other brake levers usually don't work

I asked that question last week, and it seems that most levers work fine with Vision base bars. The specs say that the base bars take only Vision brakes but it's not true at all...so far people report that the following levers work fine for them in their Vision bars:
-Vision
-Blackwell
-Cane Creek
-Dia Compe 188
-Profile QS2

Well the Tektro 5.0s just showed up and it ony took 1 Guinness Draught to get them installed. Yes it is a tight fit on the Vision Alum bars but they went in and tightened to tourque after a slight sanding of paint overspray inside the bars as well as a few taps with the rubber mallet. All and all an easy job, and man do they fell and look great.
