i just got new aero bars and decided i would not hand them into the bike shop to get them cabled.
anyone know how to run the brake and gear cables??
or a good web site for advice??

There was a thread here maybe a week ago about clean routing of cables with several pics. Search that one out. Though it's not "instructions", it'll certainly provide some good examples.
